A much need update!!

For some reason my pictures are before my blogg I don't know why. So where do I begin. Anna took her first step the other day, she has started say mom now, she is standing up by her self and she is almost 10 months old now. Anna as been riding in a big girl car seat now she does not like to sit in the other car seat. She throws a huge fit if you put her in it. A couple weekends ago I went to my friends Lauren and Tyson's wedding and took her with me and she did very well. The wedding was very pretty by the way. This pass weekend we went to the boys birthday party they were three. Oh I got a new job so no more driving to Evansville just in time too.Now I don't have drive in the bad weather when it starts to get bad. So I have once again decide to go back to school have been throwing the idea around for awhile and so I'm in the process of applying for the Radiology Program a VU. So lets pray I get in. So that is about it for now. I know this one is short there really hasn't been very much going on right now.

Much need Update.

So it has been a while since I have posted anything. So here we go. I got a new job closer to home. I work at Four Rivers in Washington they are a company that work with people who have disabilities. I work nights so I can stay home with Anna during the day. When do I sleep ? I sleep when Anna takes naps, and I only work three days a week. So it is not that bad. So Grant and I are going to get married in December of 2010 and this time it is for sure. The colors are going to be deep reds and purples, bridesmaids dresses area going to black, those are really the only detail have right now. So enough with me. Little miss Ann is growing like a weed. She has two teeth now, she standing up, well she up herself up and hangs on to the coffee table or couch. She is still really wobbly She is a mess and she is only 8 months old. She can say dad, we are working on mom. She is not very tall she is still wearing 6 months in clothes, I have a feeling that she is going to be short like her mom which is there is nothing wrong with that. She looks more and more like her dad. I think she is going to look like at Sara when she gets older. Cause I see a little of Sara in her. Speaking of Sara she has been spending a lot of time at our house. I think she lonely at home. Anna just loves her. The are really close it is funny Anna gets all excite when she see Sara it is so cute. It is like I'm not there!! when Sara is around, unless she falls or bumps her head. Anna is into everything, and I mean everything. We have a baby gate up between our kitchen and living room. She pulls herself up and stands there if anyone is in the kitchen or she sits there and shakes like she is on prison, it is so funny I will have to post video of it. She thinks she has to do everything herself like hold her bottle, she is trying to feed herself now when she eats baby food, it is so funny. Well that is it for now I need to go Anna being very quite that means she is getting in to trouble !!!!

Hello To Everyone!!

Hello,
Just wanted to give an little on my little family. I got my wisdom teeth cut out last Friday, I'm still kind of recovering from that, my jaws still kind of hurt I don't remember a thing Dr. Monesmith in Jasper did the procedure. I got the gas and an IV sedation. My dad took he said I acted like I was drunk. All I remember about the whole thing was getting there and then I was at home it was wonderful. I took Anna to get her 6 months shots the other day, when we go there we were like number 28 and we got there at like 9 am, we waited forever I will not go back to that clinic again. My birthday is coming up towards the end of sept. actually it is the 30th of sept. just to let people know. Anna is keeping me very busy theses days. She is always finding some corner to crawl in or finding some shoe to try chewing on. She is a mess. She has this fake cry that she does every time I change her clothes or diaper, she is very funny. Turkey Trot is coming up trying to decied if I want to go I mite take anna one nite durring the week not for sure if i will ask off that weekend or not I only get one weekend off a six week placement. So I choose my weekends carefully.So I have talked about everybody but Grant he is fine still the same old Grant. He will be in Chicigo next weekend first weekend since we moved in together he will be gone. So Anna and I will on our own that weekend, but my friend Sara and Holly will be home so we'll have stuff to do.

6 months

Anna Marlene Lengacher is 6 months old today!!! I can't believe my is 6 months old. She makes me laugh everyday. She like to yell our is no longer quite unless she is a sleep or eating. She is rolls all over the place she hasn't started to crawl yet. She gets up and her hands and knees but that is about it. She loves to go swimming, she is a water baby. She is starting to look more and more like her dad, she defiantly acts like him that is for sure. I call her little Grant which could be either a good thing or bad I haven't figured that one out yet. As I type to you all she is sitting in her bouncer chair trying to get out of she doesn't like to stay in one spot for long.

Update.

Last Monday Anna had a doc. appt. She weights 16.5 lb and is 24 inches is long when she was born she weighted 7.7 lb and she was 21 inches long, she was put on the weight but only grown 3 inches since birth. I have a feeling that she is going to be short like her mommy. She is so funny, she is starting to eat from a spoon now which is still really messy. She is always talking it is like she as a story to anybody that will listen to her. As I type to you all I can her in the living room talking to anut sara I don't know what she is say but she is letting aunt sara have it! Sara is staying with for a week or so while john is out of town. I finaly found a camera to take pics of the house so i will have then up in the next week or two.

Catching Up!!

So life is pretty good right now. Anna is growing like a weed. The poor thing is teething and is a little on the cranky side, but beside that she is still a pretty happy baby. She makes me laugh everyday. I just can't beleive that May is almost over. My parents opened their pool last week. So I'm ready for it to starting staying warm so that the water warms up, I'm ready to go swimming. My mom bought Anna a float last year before she was even born so she can go swimming with mamaw and papaw. She is so spoiled and she is only four months old. We had lunch at grandma Grabers house the other day, and the boys were there. Anna just sat and Jills lap and laugh at Colin for a while it was really funny. Anna got to spend that night with her Aunt Jill and the boys. I'm guess they had fun cause Colin didn't want her to leave, he started to get upset when I came and got her. Oh this is kind of off the wall but I just want to say Congrats to my two BBF Britneny she is in the process of finishing her social work degree she will be done in june, and Jessica for finishing Pharmacy school, she is now offical called Dr. Love, so yeah for them.

Mothers Day (Better Sweet)

So last sunday was my first Mother's Day. It was I spent the day with Anna. We went for a walk while Grant took a nap. Grant bought me a new car for mother's day. I talk to mom on the phone this was her first mothers day without her mom so I had to check on her make sure she was doing okay. Which I don't think she was but she wouldn't tell me. My grandma passed away the pass monday really early in the morning, she had a storke and never woke up. Then in the evening we went to eat at John's house Johnny is home and he made super for Jill and I for mother's Day which was really thoughtfull and the soup was really good to. When we got there Aunt Sara took Anna out of my arms before I could walk in the door. I guess she really miss her! Anna is four monts old now, and grow like a weed. She is a talker now which i need to video her because she is so funny. Everything is going good for now, and I'm actually happy for once.

Just A Little Udate

So Grant and I have decide to push back the wedding a year or so. I'm thinking about going back to school. I want the timing to be right, if anybody knows what I mean. we are settled in our house I just have some painting to finish up and a little be last minute decorating stuff to add then it will be home. Anna is growing like a weed. she is starting to sit up on her own and she is starting to talk alot more. She is so funny she has a little bit of a temper on her which is funny but not really I just hope she isn't like that when she gets older. we have a very busy weekend this weekend. Anut Sara has prom i will post pic when I get them, she will be very pretty in her dress. I'm not being baises or anything!!! Grant's B-Day is saturday too he will be 26( he will probably get mad at me for posting that!!) oh and we have Amanda and Todd's wedding recipiton. Amanda is Grant and Sara's cousin , and she watching Anna on friday and any other I have to work. I love her so much. Anna and Amanda are big buddies too it is funny. Well that is it for now Anna is getting cranky she needs her morning nap. So I got to go.

Finally Settled In

So all the boxes are gone and we are adjusting to leave on our own, Yeah for us !!!!So there is stuff that I still need to finish up like painting and yard work but we can't do anything till our yard drys up so everybody pray for the rain to stop long enough for me to plant flowers and grant to mow the yard. besides tht everything is good, and I'm ready for visitors!!!

Home Sweet Home!!

So I write to you all from Grant and I new house(which is full of boxes and really needs to be pick up and clean), Yeah we are finally in! I'm so Happy, I think that Aunt Sara miss Anna she has already been over here every day so far. Sara and Anna were big buddies and still are. They became very close in the three months we leave there with Sara and John. So Anna is getting big she is starting to try to sit up on her own, she likes to watch tv I think it because she likes the flashy things on the tv. She is talking alot more like her dad and papaw Barry. She is starting to look like Grant and my dad more and more everyday. My dad thinks her hair is going to be red, beacuse his is. So he has started calling her Little Red. She also has figured out if she kicks her legs she can make bouncie chair go. She likes to yell at me alredy, I think she is like me in that deapartment which is not goo! I'm a little bit on the dramatic side !! I have a feeling that is not going to be good!! Anna , Alex and Colin are getting thier pictures taking together next week For you who dont know who Alex and Colin are they are Jills little boys who are twins. Well I better get off of here I have alot of cleaning to and I'm not in the mood to do it!

Update

So March a flew by. I can't believe that April is almost here and Anna will three months old. So April 1st we will be living in our house I gave Grant a move in date. April is going to be a busy month Grant b-day is in april and Amanda and Todd wedding reception on the same day as grant's b-day, we aslo have prom all in the same day, oh and I'm having a lia sophia party to. So I think I found a place for us to get married yeah for that!!!! that is about it on the wedding plans. work is going ok, I enjoy haveing the week off, but i'm sure it is going to hard to since the weather is strarting to get nicer, but oh well .

Soon to be Mrs. Lengacher

So I'm going to be Erica Jane Lengacher on October 31 of this year. Yeah Grant and I are finally getting married eight years and one sweet baby girl later. It hasn't been the easy eight years of my life but I wouldn't change for a million bucks!! We are also going to be moving in our house this week and possible next week and starting our lives a family. I also am going to be a offical member of Lengacher family, I always was a part of the family but know my last name will match, and John can introduce me as his daughter-in-law instead of Grant's girlfriend !!!! I'm so exicted I wish it was here already.

Namesakes/First weekend back to work

This picture is of Marlene, Anna, and Jill. Grant named her after them and also he named her after their grandma Graber who's name is Anna Marie (but I don't have a picture of them together yet) For those who don't know Grant and Jill's mom is no longer with us she die of cancer a few years. Grant told me one time that he name Anna after the women who are important to him.

I also went back to work this past weekend. It was alittle rough on me I miss Anna alot I was always thinking about her. From what I understand she also gave her dad a little bit of a hard time. I tired to tell him that mommies always make things better and that some day there will be nothing I can do for her, and all she will want is her daddy.

So this picture is Anut Sara and Anna this picture was taking on one ther her snow days. Let me tell you a little about and Aunt Sara and Anna, They love each other very much, the are also two peas and pot, they are the bestest friends. Anna loves her aunt very much. She looks forward for her to come home from school everyday. Sara will come home and pick Anna up and hold her for a while before she has to back for softball. Then she come home and plays with her. They sit on the couch together and Anna just sits there and stares at her willl she plays nintendo ds, and every now and then Anna will yell at her, to make sure Sara know shes there then everything is fine. Anna and I love Sara alot and will miss her very much when we move out. We just may have to move Sara in with us !!

Going back to work

So I go back to work on friday, i'm a little nevours about. Since I have been off since a couple weeks before thanksgiving. I'm working the weeknd shift from 1 to 11:30 at nite. So Grant is watching her on saturday and sunday, that worries me alittle bit, but I think he will do find even though he may not thank so. I'm sure things will be ok.

First time blogger

So I'm new at the blogging thing my friend Chelsa Knepp inspired me to blog, since she has been blogging about losing her baby boy Andon. Which makes me sad because her little boy and my little girl Anna were going to be buddies since they were going to be close in age, and the newest members of the Lengacher Clan! I can not image what Chelsa and Ryan are going through. I'm sure it is so hard for them. I wish I could bring him back for her. I also wish I could take her pain a way.
